Departure: The room should be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure

3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% cancellation fee
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% cancellation fee
in the last week before arrival 90% cancellation fee
in case of no-show 100% cancellation fee is charged
